Return Policy

Any item purchased from J. T. Sports includes an unconditional 7-business day return policy. Items can be returned only if the condition is other than was was described on our web site. Returns will be refunded in full, less the original shipping charge. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.

All items must be returned in the condition they were shipped. The original Letter of Authenticity must be included with the return. If it is not, a $75.00 certificate withdrawal fee will be deducted from the refund. If an item is to be returned, you must first call our office to advise us of the return. All items must be returned undamaged. If damage occurs from poor packaging, refunds will not be credited.Returns take approximately two weeks to process. Credit card purchases will be credited upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Checks and money orders will be returned by a company check once they have cleared.

Shipping Policies Order within the continental United States

Our shipping charge is $25.00 for the first item. Insurance (if requested) is additional. For residents of Alaska and Hawaii a $20.00 surcharge will be added to our standard shipping charge. Charges apply for additional items and will be calculated by the weight of the item. J.T. Sports ships all orders via United Parcel Service. Standard orders are shipped ground service and insured items 2 Day Air. Next day service is available on request. Additional shipping charges apply for insured items and next day service. Signatures are required upon delivery for all orders. Due to fuel surcharges being charged by shipping companies an additional fuel charge will be added at the time of sale.

International Ordering Policy

Our shipping charge to Europe and Asia is $100.00 for the first item. Shipments to Canada are $60.00 for the first item. Charges will apply for any additional items and will be calculated based on weight and destination. All items are shipped via Fed Ex Economy. Insurance is additional and is charged at $4.00 per $100.00 or retail value. The buyer is responsible for all customs charges. Due to fuel surcharges being charged by shipping companies Fed Ex and UPS, an additional fuel charge will be added at the time of sale.
